We are looking for a Tender and Quotation Specialist to join our Team in Guntramsdorf, Vienna, Austria.
We want to strengthen our team in the field of sales and project management. Would you like to build and maintain strong customer relationships and contribute to the revenue and profitability of our projects? Then take up the challenge and apply for this position with us!
Your responsibilities
- You will create tender proposals that meet customer requirements and will provide the most efficient and cost-effective solutions in accordance with Hitachi Energy guidelines
- You will ensure the timely and accurate creation of tender documents through coordination with relevant stakeholders
- You will organize all aspects of the tender process in line with Hitachi Energy standards, including technical, financial, product management and risk assessments, and independently handle contracts as well as smaller projects
- You will coordinate with the supply chain department to identify potential suppliers for equipment and materials through regular analysis of customer needs and market trends
- You will contribute to an effective and positive customer relationship throughout the entire sales process
- You will analyze and evaluate tender results, identifying areas for improvement to enhance success
Your background
- Completed electrical engineering education program (HTL, i.e., technical college), preferably in the field of power engineering
- A solution-oriented work approach as well as strong communication skills, flexibility, and initiative
- A collaborative spirit and a willingness to travel occasionally
- Fluency in German, good English skills, and a Class B driver's license are required

This position offers a minimum base salary according to the CBA (employees in the electrical industry) starting at EUR 3.024,27 gross per month. Depending on your qualifications and experience, we are open to negotiating a higher salary than the amount set forth in the CBA.
