One particularly important pillar to evolve the overall SCM maturity shaping 'Tomorrow Today is about improving our supply chain resilience and risk management. For this purpose, the Supply Chain Risk Assessment Specialist will be responsible for gathering risk information from suppliers through supplier risk assessment surveys on behalf and in support of other SCM functions (internal customers)
Your responsibilities:
- You must ensure timely distribution of risk assessment surveys to relevant suppliers and stakeholders.
- You will gather responses and analyze the data in the risk assessment surveys to identify potential risks and areas of concern.
- You will run weekly meeting and coordinate with suppliers to review progress, work through outstanding items, address identified risks and ensure that corrective actions are implemented.
- You will prepare detailed reports regularly on the findings from the surveys and present them to management and other stakeholders.
- You will accurately document and record supplier and internal customer communications and files.
- You will support maintenance and further developments risk assessment surveys tailored to the specific needs of the organization and its suppliers.
- You will communicate and train suppliers on risk management platform functionalities, data requirements and other essential information.
- You will assist in the onboarding process of new suppliers, ensuring they understand the risk assessment requirements.
- You will respond to supplier and internal customer inquiries, gather and research relevant data/ information and verifying customer's understanding of information and answer.
- You will monitor supplier performance and compliance with risk management policies.
- You will address any issues or concerns raised by suppliers promptly and effectively.
- You will prepare monthly management briefing report.
- You will work with suppliers to continuously improve supplier risk management practices and processes.

Your background:
- Bachelor's degree in in business, engineering or computer science.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, risk management or related customer/application support.
- Experiences in product regulatory compliance or with electronic and mechanical systems/components are preferred.
- Personal and professional integrity, high accountability and say/do ratio.
- Hand-on experience in utilizing data gathering and visualization tools to create interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.
- Strong analytical thinking, decision making and problem-solving skills.
- A highly customer-focused mindset and proven success delighting customer.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation in English, with the ability to present technical issues to a non-technical audience.
- An operationally minded individual with marked time management and organization skills.
