General Information:
Strategic Growth Program Manager is responsible for implementing and overseeing strategic initiatives to drive the growth and success of the Hitachi Energy's transformers services business in NAM. You will be responsible for managing key growth initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives effectively. You will be monitoring progress, evaluating performance metrics, and making data-driven recommendations to optimize the growth initiatives performance and outcomes. This position requires a strong mix of leadership, analytical skills, and business acumen to drive sustainable growth and achieve organizational objectives.

- Manage and execute strategic growth programs for the Transformers Services business in NAM.
- Develop and Manage scope, budget, and schedule for strategic initiatives, including the development risk mitigation plans.
- Communicate programs objectives, identify challenges, and present and execute solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
- Guide and follow up with programs/projects team members to complete tasks on time.
- Develop program KPI's and provide programs status reports.
- Provide support to the team as needed.

Your Background:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
- Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
- 4+ years of proven experience in strategic and marketing project management, preferably in the transformers services industry.
- Strong understanding of the project management scope, budget, schedule, and stakeholders' communications and stakeholder management, Risk identification and mitigation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally is an essential part of this position. Travel up to 30%
