Your responsibilities:
- You will lead implementation of continuous improvements across various Site Management processes and tools within local or regional site operations under the guidance of Operations Manager.
- You will be responsible for coordinating across the project portfolio all onsite activities to ensure the successful execution of start-up, construction, erection, testing and commissioning activities in alignment with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements.
- You will lead and oversee the site management teams locally/regionally, ensuring that HE policies are consistently followed, participate in the budgeting process, jointly with Operations Manager and Local Unit Controller and ensure that all sites within the geographical area of responsibility have detailed and up-to-date Health & Safety (H&S) plans in place in respect of each work package, compliant with the HE H&S plan.
- You will ensure all Site Managers are properly trained on company health, safety and environment policy and proactively promote health and safety considerations to project partners throughout the project lifecycle from tendering to closure.
- You will monitor the project cost for the project site work and actual spend against forecasts, ensure that final cost estimate submitted by Site Managers are correct/accurate.
- You will ensure all documentation is modified and updated as necessary, the document handling system is maintained, and latest revisions are used for the construction work on site.
- You will ensure that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed, guide, motivate, and develop direct and indirect reports within HR policies.

Your background:
- You hold Engineering degree (electrical or mechanical).
- 5 years of experience in technical for GIS/GCB or TR.
- General knowledge and a little special knowledge for GIS/GCB or TR.
- Team operation skill to proceed troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in languages: Japanese & English, other of advantage.
