Hitachi Energy is currently looking for an Field Service Engineer for the High Voltage Business to join their team in Faridabad, India. This team seeks a skilled and motivated individual.

• Global product technical support for technology centers and factories.
• Perform feasibility study to create changes as per the requirements in Problem Report raised by cross-functional teams.
• Make the changes as the Product Change Request (PCR) or Customer Specific Change (CSC).
• Create 3D models and 2D drawings proficiently for HV GIS components using Creo tool. Also have experience of working with Windchill PLM system.
• Create & modify BOM in SAP.
• Follow & maintain the standard procedure of change management for every workflow.

• • Field Service Engineering work is focused on providing technical advice to customers including commissioning, installing, and testing of products/equipment at site across India
• • Troubleshoot and Overhauling of the breaker
• Train customers on the features of the equipment they have purchased at Factory or site.
• • Identifying and correcting more complex problems associated with start-up
• • Researching, evaluating, and recommending new products or equipment upgrades that will meet customer needs
• • Developing on-going relationships with customers to secure future business.
• Perform tolerance chain calculation.
• Participates constructively within team discussion. Shares own technical knowledge and support colleagues in applying processes and tools to ensure timely and high-quality results.
• Perform burst pressure analysis for pressure vessel and basic dielectric calculations.
• Shows solid documentation skills and writes technical reports independently.
• Involve and generate solution for Design to Value activities.
• Create development report, analysis report, assembly & test instruction, etc.
• Perform root cause analysis.
• Coordination with various cross functional stakeholders.

• Diploma Electrical /B.E.Electrical ,
• 2 to 3 years of Experience.
• Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
