Your responsibilities:

  • You will independently complete on-site installation, commissioning and quality issues solving of DISC & IT products for domestic and foreign customers.
  • You will provide installation, commissioning training and guidance for customers at substations, in the factory or through remote connection.
  • You will be responsible for compiling on-site installation and commissioning work instructions and video tutorials.
  • You will investigate and analyze the product quality and other issues that fail to meet customer satisfaction in the service process and make corrective actions to improve project FPY.
  • You will understand the service requirements in project technical contract, identify service risks and opportunities.
  • You will share product knowledge and experience with colleagues actively, honest, serious, responsible.
  • You will implement safety rules, safety practices and environmental responsibilities, reporting unsafe practices and behavior.
  • You will strictly abide by the company's rules and regulations, and strictly execute the tasks assigned by the line manager.

Your background:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in electrical design, mechanical design, automation, or relevant field.
  • More than 2 years of service or product engineering design relevant experiences.
  • Have good practical ability and careful attitude to work, willing to study technology, with good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Able to provide on-site service and training at overseas substations independently. Be able to work in an international project team.
  • Office software, easy going, strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Good written and oral English.
