Senior Testing Engineer

• You will develop detailed testing and commissioning plans, including test procedures, schedules, and resource allocation, identify system boundaries and critical test points to ensure thorough validation.
• You will coordinate with project stakeholders (design engineers, contractors, client representatives) to align testing activities with overall project timeline, conduct comprehensive system testing, including functional, performance, safety, and integration tests, analyze test results, identify discrepancies, and troubleshoot issues to resolve problems effectively.
• You will ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and project specifications, lead and mentor a team of testing and commissioning engineers, assigning tasks and providing technical guidance.
• You will monitor team performance, address technical challenges, and ensure quality standards are met, prepare detailed test reports, including data analysis, observations, and recommendations.
• You will document commissioning procedures, test results, and non-compliance issues, maintain comprehensive project documentation and handover packages.
• You will communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on testing progress and addressing concerns, participate in client acceptance testing and handover procedures.

• You hold bachelor's degree in engineering - Electrical & Electronic or Mechanical Engineering.
• More than 5years of experience in relevant field
• Thorough understanding of electrical engineering principles, protection testing background, basic SCADA engineering and basic understanding IEC61131 PLC logic development.
• Ability to understand complex test tools such Omicron Functional for tele protection test and protection test, expertise in operating and interpreting various testing equipment like multimeter, oscilloscope, data log.
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. Familiarity with Microsoft software (Words, Power Point, Excel, with drawing application such AutoCAD, MS Visio, with logic development tools, with Testing tools such as ITT or any other 3rd party testing tools & with Protocol Analyzer tool.
• Leadership - ability to lead and mentor junior engineers during testing and commissioning, Problem Solving - character with strong analytical skills to identify root causes of issues and develop effective solutions, Attention to details - meticulous approach to ensure thorough testing and documentation.
• Communications skills ability to produce excellent written and verbal communication to effectively convey technical information to diverse stakeholders.
