Your responsibilities
- You will provide any necessary technical support to Sales Managers during technical meetings.
- You will be driving sales volume and margin across the entire Hitachi Energy Service product portfolio in collaboration with other business units and regularly updating Installed Base with changes made on-site.
- You will be establishing long-term customer relationships by understanding customer requirements and applicable regulations, responding immediately to issues and demonstrating in-depth technical Service product/solutions knowledge to promote product Life Cycle Management.
- You will be preparing and reviewing sales plans and proposing recovery actions when needed to ensure all targets are met.
- You will offer product/solution/service-related training, offers technical advice and provide comment on enquiry specifications for customers with regard to HE products/systems/ applications.
- You will perform analytic and diagnostic studies to determine most suitable technical solution to meet customer need.
- You will be preparing and reviewing sales plans and proposing recovery actions when needed to ensure all targets are met.
- You will propose technical solutions for complex enquiries, prepare and check technical articles for publication.

Your background:
- You hold bachelor's degree in electrical engineering Power or related field.
- More than 5 years of experience in Sales Engineering field with relevant to power transformer products, power substation, LV, MV and HV switchgear is preferred.
- Sound knowledge of Substation Services and the Oversea: Myanmar, Cambodia and Laos market.
- Expert in SFDC and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT, project).
- Time management, presentation, and planning skills.
- The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
- Strong in collaborative and communication skills.
- Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships.
- Good in English communication.
