The Opportunity:
Lead the execution of Service projects, Service Agreements and/or Service Warranty portfolio and ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with company procedures, con-tract specifications, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, cost/profitability targets, and scheduling targets.
How you'll make an impact:
- You will do commissioning of equipment and routine maintenance independently, identify technical problems and make analysis through remote or on-site activity in different Service categories, independently perform high complex Service tasks in any Service categories (installation and commissioning, maintenance, repairs, engineering and consulting, advanced services, extensions, upgrades and retrofits, end of life services, replacements, etc.).
- You will do proactively identify suggestions for product, quality, customer service improvement and discusses them with management for changes.
- You will create and maintain excellent relationship with customers and meet their needs. Creates new sales opportunities and advising the client of our extended service portfolio.
- You will coordinate, prepare and ensure that all materials, parts, tools and equipment are available and at the appropriate quality for Service activities and prepare standard lists for ease of work.
- You will develop, coach and provide technical guidance to colleagues.
- You will be identifying opportunities for the development of new service applications, equipment and methods, some domestic and/or international travel will be required, as the role will require hands-on support at customer sites.
- You will do actively ensure that HSE practices are of high standard, work to eliminate unsafe practices and incidents, assess risks and safety hazards and implement actions to ensure people and equipment safety.

Your background:
- You hold degree in B.E. in Electrical power engineering. Degree in (bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (Major Power) and Current engineering licenses valid in Thailand.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of work experience in (commissioning & services of plant or substation system, working as service engineer with substation equipment, power quality, protection & automation system).
- Previous experience in Proposal Engineering for Electrical of testing and commissioning are preferred.
- Professional electrical engineering license.
- Good at written & spoken communication in MS office.
- Agile, Team Player, Quick Learner, Collaborator, Result oriented & Proactive. Having growth mindset.
- Proficiency in English communication skill.
