Mission statement:

Purchase material according to required technical specifications, price delivery schedule and terms. Ensure purchasing activities align with corporate purchasing policy and procedure.

Your responsibilities:

• You will select, evaluate CN suppliers for SAAPG for increasing procurement spend (capacity creation and remove the bottleneck for subprocess).
• You will execute inquiry, price negotiation with CN suppliers and monitor competitive supplying base in China.
• You will manage CN suppliers for SAAPG, help them to meet the target of SAAPG on sourcing volume, savings, On-time delivery and quality, etc;
• You will track on contract performance of CN suppliers on quality and on-time delivery and serve as point of contact for escalations between SAAPG operation unit and CN suppliers.
• You will align SCM strategies with Global, Hub NAS and make annual supplier audit plan and participate in audit on CN suppliers.
• You will negotiate contracts for SAAPG with CN suppliers on issues which are not covered in global contract and coordinate technical development activities to reduce costs, reduce/eliminate quality risks and improve the supply chain, by involving experts.
• You will support SAAPG to solve quality problem on material from CN suppliers.

• You hold bachelor's degree in engineering and Hitachi Energy.
• More than 5 years of experience as Supply Chain Management in the similar industry.
• Excellent communication and management of customer relations.
• Highly organized and efficient coordination skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask across multi projects.
• Problem solving & conflict resolution with a sound understanding where escalation is required.
• Proven customer orientation, communication & presentation skills.
• Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
