How you'll make an impact
- Develop gas-insulated switchgear with a focus on SF6 alternative gases and high voltage equipment
- Collaborate with internal and external partners during technology and product development
- Work on innovative product solutions that meet international standards and internal guidelines
- Summarize development results in technical reports, presentations, and design guidelines
- Participate in complex quality cases and continuous improvement activities
- Engage in international expert committees

Your background
- Electrical engineer, physicist, material engineer or related fields with professional experience more than 5 years
- Experience in high-voltage switchgear is a mandatory requirement
- Team player with a creative, independent, and solution-oriented approach
- Proficient in English; German is an advantage
- Good communication skills in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment
- Project leader skills or willingness to acquire them
