The opportunity:
Responsible for deployment Transfer of Product (ToP) or developing New Product & Product Technology of the high voltage breaker including the transfer of the product to mass production.
How do you make impact:
- You will lead project as project leader with ToP or new product. You will lead and align with department R&D, Production, QC, P&L for project implementation.
- You will prepare project proposal, transfer price and price development. You will prepare BOM, work instruction, P-FMEA, control plan ...and handle over to production when new product development complete.
- You will lead and align with PE, QC, Production for prepare P-FMEA and responsible for product technology & project management
- You will support production team on quality and technical issues, VSM deployment and process, routing improvement. You will work and align with R&D, TLC and Customer during product development and support quality in spot test instructions.
- You will arrange with IQC, SCM and supplier for review OTS and PPAP (Production part approval process) approval processing. You will closely cooperate with maintenance engineer for tool, jig, fixture development, maintenance and improvement.
- You will evaluate of suppliers for ordering tools and Design tools in C-reo, Solid Works.
- You will prepare and set up work instructions in development phase.
- You will evaluate, design and implement the new production tools.

Your background:
- Bachelors in mechanical engineering.
- 4 to 6 years relevant experienced in industrial/ production environment.
- Skills using Creo, Solid Works advantageous.
- Experience in quality control & production process advantageous.
- Good command of English.
