The SCM Specialist is responsible for managing supplier relationships to ensure performance in quality, delivery, and cost meets business needs. The role actively supports new product development, drives cost optimization, and ensures on-time project delivery. Your responsibilities:
- You will manage supplier performance in quality, delivery, and cost to meet company standards.
- You will monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement through evaluations and feedback.
- You will maintain long-term supplier partnerships and address challenges in delivery delays, quality issues, and cost optimization.
- You will conduct RFQs, cost analysis, and benchmarking within the approved supplier base to optimize procurement costs.
- You must ensure new material and supplier introduction costs align with project budgets and long-term cost control goals.
- You will proactively identify cost-saving opportunities through technical optimizations and commercial negotiations.
- You must ensure on-time delivery of critical materials to meet production and project schedules.
- You will collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve supply chain issues quickly.
- You will Support new product development projects, ensuring materials meet technical specifications and schedules.
- You will work closely with production, quality, R&D, and other departments to address supply chain needs promptly.
- You will align with HBU and BU SCM teams to execute regional and global procurement strategies and achieve business goals.

Your background:
- Bachelor's degree or above in engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years in supply chain management, procurement, or manufacturing, preferably in the electrical equipment industry.
- Familiarity with supplier management processes, focusing on quality, delivery, and cost control (e.g., PPAP, 8D reports).
- Strong skills in cost analysis, RFQs, and benchmarking.
- Proficiency in SAP S4 HANA and common office tools. Familiarity with Power BI for data analysis is a plus.
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing) for effective communication with international teams and suppliers.
- Cheerful, proactive, with strong ownership and a positive mindset.
- Quick learner with the ability to acquire new skills and knowledge.
- Strong team player with effective cross-functional collaboration skills.
