We are looking for a ScaPO - Operations Workstream (f/m/d)to join our engaged and supportive team in GPQSS- Grid & Power Quality Solutions & Service for our Grid Integration Business Unit.
Main Accountabilities:
1. Planning and scheduling
Defines, with key stakeholders, the scope of work, cost/budget, resources required, time schedule, and detailed work allocation.
2. Project execution and control
Effectively organizes, monitors and controls activities to ensure achievement of planned stage-gates and efficient utilization of available resources. Monitors and controls project cost and financials. Identifies, contains and reduces risk, and ensures that all opportunities are captured and acted upon. Formalizes acceptance of the project and brings all the project elements to a conclusion.

3. Project governance
Ensures projects follow sound methodology and execution practices in accordance with standard Hitachi Energy internal directives and procedures.
4. Stakeholder relations
Serves as the key contact for the project stakeholders, and an escalation point for project issues. Effectively communicates appropriate information to stakeholders in a timely manner and to achieve desired understanding and support.
5. Project leadership
Leads the project team allocated to the project, defining main guidelines, allocating project tasks, and motivating and monitoring internal and/or external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones. Coaches, develops and provides feedback regarding those individuals allocated to work on project.
6. Strategic alignment
Keeps up to date and informed about any change in strategy and is consulted regarding any incident or other project which has, or might have, a major impact on the project.
Your background:
- 3 years' experience of working as a Project Manager
- Excellent communication skill to coordinate and engage different stakeholders.
- Good skills in English is mandatory, due to the global role, and most day-to-day communication is in English.
