The Opportunity
We are seeking to hire a person to provide technical, commercial and administrative support for the operations - sales and project management for our location in Sofia.
How you'll make an impact:
- Support the sales process, tendering, preparation of technical and administrative documents for participation of the company in tenders;
- Support collection of marketing data about Bulgaria;
- Support preparation of marketing materials and advertising materials;
- Procurement, Logistic and transport support and management of the delivery and handling-over process;
- Management of the warehouses and materials/equipment on stock;

- ERP system material management;
- Performance as back-up the role of service coordinator role and / or order handling role in the organization;
- Administrative support, office material and service procurement.
Your background:
- University degree master/bachelor's in electrical engineering, economy, social and lingual science;
- ERP system experience more than 2 years, preferably SAP;
- Good communication skills in Bulgarian and English;
- Driving license;
- Software skills: MS office tools including MS project.
