We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Area Sales Manager to join our team. You will be developing sales plan and strategy based on knowledge of the market, customers, competitors, and Hitachi Energy install base to capture opportunities and increase Hitachi Energy market share. You will be Effectively applying the sales and uses related sales tools in order to capture opportunities, manage customers relations, improves internal communications and increase sales efficiency.

- Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand customer needs. Promoting customer understanding of full services offering and align to provide a solution. Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process. Building long term customer commitment in complex business situation.
- Maintaining and utilizing extensive network of contact both inside and outside the organization to achieve sales goal and objective.
- Creating added value for the customer and Hitachi Energy and ensuring the successful outcome by using value base selling. Actively find out short- and long-term opportunities to increase sales within own area of responsibility. Balances short term success with long term effectiveness. Taking initiative in complex tasks and projects. Acting as a coach to colleagues in overcome obstacles dealing with challenges.
- Creating significant business opportunities based on analysis. Understanding customers and relevant competitors market strategies and suggest solution to meet changing need.
- Negotiating contract conditions commercial, financial and legal terms in order to improve terms & conditions. Complying with the risk management process to ensure cost efficient. Taking action to minimize risks.
- Full understanding of sales process and related tools. Participating of improvement of a sales process and related tools. Training colleagues in using the sales tools and understanding the sales process.
- Full understanding of service portfolio in order to sell services and create service opportunities for product. Making analysis of customer situation on the installed base. Proposing Hitachi Energy service solution in order to solve specific issues.
- Proactively working with customer to explore operational needs and expectation. Analyzing customer expectations to recommend solution. Contributing to the solution by negotiating deviations and agreeing win situation.

Your background
- A bachelor's degree in electromechanical engineer.
- 10+ years of experience in sale.
- Good communication skills, contract management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel within UAE.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required, Arabic language is a plus
