Your responsibilities

• Implement the local go-to-market product marketing strategy
• Analyze project-specific customer requirements and prepare technical and commercial proposals
• Contribute to the achievement of product marketing objectives and budgets through regular monitoring, definition, and implementation of improvement plans
• Increase sales efficiency by providing appropriate product knowledge information and training to each sales representative
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product launches and marketing campaigns
• Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on marketing activities and results
• Assist in the development of marketing materials and sales tools
• Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote products and gather market intelligence
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all marketing activities

• Successfully completed studies in the technical field or a similar area
• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken is mandatory
• Technical understanding and basic knowledge in the field of transformers
• First professional experience in the defined area of responsibility
