For our research center in Krakow, Poland we are looking for a Research Team Manager to lead the Numerical Simulations research and development team.
The team performs interdisciplinary simulations for Hitachi Energy business units and research of novel simulation methods in a wide range of topics.

Your background
- Strong leadership and communication skills, and ability to manage expectations and complex interdependencies.
- Good knowledge of domain relevant technologies and products, and interest in new fields of research and technology.
- Experience, that demonstrates your team-oriented, innovative, and strategic working styles
- Expertise in numerical simulations methods
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
