The Real Estate Contract Management Specialist manages the end-to-end SCM process; being responsible from project initiation, supplier sourcing, and procurement through contract execution. As well as goods and or services receipt, project evaluation and closure, optimizing costs, timelines and quality for successful project outcomes.

How you will make an impact
- Planning & Requirement gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objective, scope, timeline, procurement needs, specific requirements for goods, services or contractors, quality standards and other essential criteria etc.
- Supplier Sourcing & Prequalification: Conduct market research to identify service providers who can meet the project's specific requirements. Supplier evaluation and prequalification; ensuring clear communication regarding expectations and deliverables.
- Procurement Process: Manage the end to end procure to pay process (RFP/RFQ; proposal evaluation including technical specifications, service requirements, timelines and expected costs; manage the bid process, ensuring transparency and compliance with Hitachi Energy procurement policy; bid evaluation & proposal analysis; vendor creation; PR/PO issuance; goods/services receipt coordination; invoice matching, payment processing).
- Contract monitoring and performance management: Manage the full contract lifecycle (contract drafting & negotiation, execution, monitoring and compliance, amendment and adjustment, final deliverables & closeout, post project evaluation)
- Finance: Track agreed costs against actual payments. Responsible for the communication with vendors and suppliers regarding all aspects of the invoicing process
- Risk & Compliance Management: Ensures regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, issue resolution, project procurement tracking, progress reporting etc.
- Lead, drive and practice highest standards of health, safety and environment to ensure a safe working environment led by Real Estate are undertaken with all necessary safety control measures to mitigate and eliminate hazards/risks

Your background
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration, or related fields
- At least 5 years plus working experience in Real Estate and/or facility related fields
- Experience managing industrial property projects under different contractual models is an advantage
- Strong background in project management, contract negotiation, source to pay process
- Good knowledge of MS-Office and SAP/Ariba
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Resilient, independent, reliable, proactive and team player
- Collaborative, dynamic and can adapt to change
- Language requirements: fluent in German and English
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Maintain current knowledge of industry developments and identifying emerging trends
