R&D Test lab Engineer

•Bangalore, India

• Procuring new machines for the new Capacitor testing lab.
• Commissioning the lab equipment's
• Build safety culture in the lab
• Conservent with lab certification, obtaining the certification and maintaining the certificate
• Testing of MV capacitors as per relevant IS/ IEC/IEEE standards.
• Testing should be conducted in all 3 shifts.
• Support GPS/ Engineering/ production with the outcome of testing.

• Follow & maintain the standard procedure of change management for every workflow.

• Create development report, analysis report, assembly & test instruction, etc.

• Perform root cause analysis.

• Coordination with various cross functional stakeholders.
