Attractive position suitable for candidates interested in a creative job in the field of quality, mechanical, and electrical engineering. In this role you will be part of Quality Team supporting a wide variety of projects in Transformer and High Voltage businesses. As an FMEA Facilitator, you will collaborate with different stakeholders across the organization to improve quality of products and processes.
Tasks:
- Conduct Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) of new and existing products and manufacturing processes.
- Facilitate Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) workshops.
- Collaborate with all departments involved in development of new product or manufacturing process.
- Lead design reviews of products under development phase (mainly: Power transformers, HV instrument transformers, HV switchgears, HV breakers, etc.) using Design FMEA.
- Lead reviews of manufacturing processes using Process FMEA.
- Ensure high quality of whole FMEA activity and correct application of the method.
- Coach the development team in FMEA method.
- Consult on R&D projects with regard to quality improvement opportunities.
- Introduce innovative solutions and ideas to improve design and process.
- Share expertise and knowledge between different development sites.

Background/Experience:
- Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Materials Science, and related).
- 5+ years of experience in a technical role (Quality, Engineering or R&D).
- Relevant experience in quality management system methods, including FMEA
- Experience in power transformer design and manufacturing is a plus.
- Knowledge of quality improvement tools and techniques.
- Experience working in a fast paced, continually changing environment.
