Your responsibilities:

• You will develop or create products, or technologies by leading and managing one or more complex R&D projects or a program to meet R&D project targets.
• You will coordinate work of multi-location and cross-functional project team(s).
• You will lead in partnership with business managers, steering committee, product management and external parties to ensure on time and on quality delivery.
• You will utilize advance technical expertise and experience to ensure successful outcomes for technology solutions, product development, complex root cause analysis in terms of review and steering.

• Master's degree or above in Mechanical or Electrical engineering or other related majors.
• 5 years or more working experience in R&D project management or R&D related work.

• Fast learning ability and change innovation.
• Fluent and high-quality English listening, speaking and writing.
