The SAFe Product Owner (sPO) is the team's primary customer advocate and primary link to business and technology strategy, serving as
the 'voice of the customer'. As the sPO is ultimately responsible for maximizing the value delivered by the Agile teams, sPO needs to ensure
that the right solutions are built and that they are built the right way.

objectives.

• sPO is responsible for the R&D output until handover of result from team to Technical Product Owner (tPO).

team backlog is aligned with and sequenced accordingly to customer and stakeholder needs.

• Main interfaces for the sPO's are Product Managers, R&D Product Manager's, TPO's, other SPO's and Epic Owners with whom tight collaboration is needed.

• Together they form the extended Product Management function.
As a member of the extended Product Management function, the sPO is the team's primary customer advocate and primary link to business and technology strategy. This enables the team to balance the needs of multiple stakeholders while continuously evolving the Solution.

• Serving as the 'voice of the customer' for the team entails a broad range of responsibilities. The sPO must build and manage key relationships, synthesize information from multiple sources, maintain business alignment in the Team Backlog, and communicate effectively with various audiences-all with a bias toward delivering and learning quickly.

• The sPO is a guarantee that implementations are done according to Acceptance Criteria and Definition of done.
As the sPO is ultimately responsible for maximizing the value delivered by the Agile team, it requires the SPO to ensure that the right solutions are built and that they are built the right way. Your background:

• You hold a Master's (or 5 years Bachelors) in Computer science, Electrical/Electronics or similar fields of engineering.
• You are a delivery and deadline-oriented person with expertise in documentation.
• Knowledge of SAFe and Agile ways of working, Azure, GIT, embedded systems & electronics is meritorious.
• Proficiency in English is required, written and spoken.
