Your Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of documentation of engineering results for production with specific experience from electronic manufacturing documentation & Component Engineering. As a competence base you have a technical education but relevant experience from electronics engineering or manufacturing is more important.
The candidate needs to be self-driven and have experiences working with processes, such as Scrum / Agile, or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) which is an added advantage.

Some of the key responsibilities include, but not limited to
Activities & Deliverables
Prepare, distribute and store accurately and timely customer and supplier documents for projects according to procedures ensuring effective version control and status tracking.
- Communicate and interact with electronics design engineers, component engineers, software engineers and mechanical engineers.
- As part of the process, compile complete documentation for printed circuit board assemblies.
- Structure the documentation in a PLM system and create part of the documentation.
- Participate in the review of designs.
- Be part of documentation process for technical information regarding electronics components such as obsolescence information to be used as base for electronics product life cycle decisions.
- Component classification including environmental compliance information make sure the approval process of components is progressing.
- Make sure that correct and approved compiled software files are added in the product structure for distribution to production.
- Make parameter updates in software files to match the version information for the concerned product structure.
- Make sure that correct and approved mechanical documentation is included correctly in the product structure.
- Communicate and interact with EMS companies producing printed circuit board assemblies in enclosures.
- Provide released documentation for production.
- Provide engineering change orders and related documentation for implementation in production.
- Provide released approved temporary deviations and rework instructions.
- Follow up implementation of new designs, changes, approved deviations, and rework.
- Work in and with a PLM system to secure.
- Support the project teams for components selection, alternate analysis.

Your Background:
- Graduate in engineering or similar in the field of Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics.
- More than 4 years of proven experience in product life cycle management of HW, Component engineering.
- A deep interest and experience in electronic product documentation.
- Experience working with advanced PLM tools.
- Experience with process such as Agile / Scrum (SAFe is an added advantage).
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
