Planning and executing mechanical designs using CAD tools, like CREO, performing computer simulations, experimenting to virtually test and refine the designs.
Design for excellence practices (DFA, DFM, FMEA, etc.), prepare reports and related documents in accordance with internal and external requirements.
Oversee the development and manufacturing of physical prototypes for testing, documenting the design process, iteration, and test analytics.
Support manufacturing, quality and supply chain organizations with technical expertise to ensure that technical requirements are fulfilled.
