High Voltage Products is a leading player in the development, manufacturing, and sales of high-voltage products for the transmission and distribution of electrical energy. Our manufacturing units include surge arresters, circuit breakers, capacitors, measurement transformers, and other related equipment. We also offer services that ensure product performance and extend their lifespan.
We seek a Quality Specialist to lead service operations quality and quality management methods within our High Voltage Product Business unit. Your responsibilities include NCR management (Site), Quality Reporting (KPIs), Implement Local Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance with PGHV. Collaboration with different organizational levels will be essential to foster a global Continuous Improvement Culture.

How you will make an impact
- Process development and documentation in ADONIS
- Document control as required by ISO 9001
- Maintain the QMS/IMS and ensure all necessary competencies
- Training on Quality topics
- Organize internal audits and follow up activities and ISO Audit (external audits)
- Quality improvement plan
Your background
- Proven work experience, preferably with NCR systems and/or QMS in service, manufacturing, supply chain management or similar.
- Passionate about process improvement and driving sustainable change.
- Ability to interact with a diverse group of senior managers and subject matter experts.
- As a person you are well organized and structured.
- Since we are a global company fluency in oral and written English is mandatory.
- Internal Auditor Training for ISO 19011, 9001, 14001, 45001 and 50001 (preferably).
