Building and maintaining the infrastructure and systems necessary to consistently ensure the timely delivery of quality products. Auditing, monitoring, and determining the quality of manufacturing processes and/or outputs against defined internal and regulatory standards. Reporting and troubleshooting manufacturing process deviations and defects in finished goods.

Your Responsibility:

• You will do data analysis (Scrape Rate, Cost of Poor Quality ...) and leading quality improvement.
• You will be leading daily quality problem investigation
• You will develop Routine Test instructions.
• You will be managing equipment calibration.
• You will control plan/ Manufacturing execution system / Digital Passport System set up
• You will do process audit.
• You must ensure quality procedures are in place.
• You will support blue-collar training & qualification or assessment.
• You will build quality culture.
• You will be leading Gauge R&R
• You will perform special test according TDI (technical delivery instruction)
• You will be participating NPI project and contribute quality.
• You will be participating D- FMEA and P-FMEA.
• You will be resolving customer complaint & lesson learned.

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 4 years' experience in Quality Control or Product Engineering.
