Quality Management Customer Engineer

Your responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the customer side problems related to cable accessories and SA.
You will timely respond to the need of customers on site and make preliminary judgments to on-site problems.
You will be responsible for coordinating cross functions to conduct root cause analysis of quality problems and complete analysis reports.
You will be responsible for the quality control and continuous improvement of the production process of internal cable accessories products.
You will be responsible for the statistical analysis of quality data of cable accessories products.

Your background:

Master's degree or above 211 or overseas background.
3 to 5 years of experience in R&D, production or quality of high-pressure/medium-voltage products.
Background in electrical, insulating, or polymer materials.
Ability and willingness to learn quickly and capable to work under pressure.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
