Your responsibilities:
- You will respond quickly to customers in response to customer quality complaints, communicate and initially analysis quality issues with customers and coordinate with relevant departments for rapid handling.
- You will lead the in-depth analysis of quality problems, find out the root causes of the problems, take effective blocking, corrective and preventive measures and submit failure analysis reports according to the required time limit.
- You will promote various functional departments to formulate improvement plans based on quality issues and follow up the implementation of improvement programs.
- You will regularly analyze the quality data and organize relevant departments to improve the quality issues.
- You will supervise the quality of production process and on-site installation and organize audit team to audit the production and on-site installation on a regular basis.

Your background:
- You hold bachelor's degree or above in Electrical/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering.
- More than 3 years of experience in product quality management, R&D or process related to high voltage circuit breaker or GIS, familiar with high voltage circuit breaker related industry standards.
- Strong logical analysis and structured thinking.
- Strong sense of responsibility, with strong pressure resistance, organization coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to apply quality knowledge and tools (8D, FEMA, Pareto...) to analyze and solve problems, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification is preferred.
- Ability to communicate fluently and effectively in English and Mandarin.
