Your responsibilities:
- Quality assurance of products and processes and avoid problems when delivering solutions to customers;
- Implementing customer quality requirements;
- Control Plans development and implementation with focus on in-process quality controls;
- Final quality controls and in-process controls recording, data gathering and analyzing;
- Initiating problem solving for internal and external quality issues: RCA (8D, 5W, Ishikawa, etc.); Failure analysis;
- Corrective and preventive actions implementation, action plans follow-up, verification of solutions;
- Risk assessment on internal quality issues and improvement plan development on mitigation of the risks;
- Participation in PFMEA development and update;
- Raising the quality awareness at operational level throughout trainings;
- Long-term overall production quality improvement with focus on issue prevention rather than just control;

Your background:- Electrical Engineering
- Preferably 2 years of experience in similar position ;
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English;
- Very good knowledge of Excel;
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP system is an advantage;
- Strong communication and organizing skills.
