How You'll Make an Impact
- Establish baseline criteria for planning and scheduling workloads.
- Prepare project planning and scheduling status reports.
- Recommend remedial actions to keep projects on track.
- Conduct preplanning to examine scope, work breakdown structure, and quality.
- Analyze third-party contractor progress information.
- Prepare schedules for commissioning and start-up.
- Assist the project control team in establishing a project performance index.
- Collaborate with third parties to ensure realistic and achievable plans.

Your Background
- Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project planning and control.
- Minimum years in a similar managerial role.
- Experience working as a Project Planner in an EPC company or similar.
- Thorough understanding of logical sequencing and interfacing of project execution activities in EPC energy projects.
- Knowledge of planning and cost control on lump sum projects or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills and ability to highlight key issues to management and stakeholders.
- Team player with team management and leadership skills.
