How You'll Make an Impact

• Collaborate with operations to ensure all customer and order information is accurate.
• Verify and manage order documents, engaging with the commercial team during project close-out.
• Review and confirm service sales order documentation in HE ERP tool (SAP).
• Facilitate communication between field and production teams to support Accounts Receivable reduction.
• Guide commercial operations and project management teams to ensure timely payments.
• Maintain and reduce overdue payments by working with finance and global business services.
• Update service sales order documentation and verify field service dates.
• Ensure on-time delivery of materials for service sales orders with parts.

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, PMP, business, or related field.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in project management or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage teams and achieve cooperation with customers and suppliers.
• Technical and business skills to evaluate and solve problems effectively.
• Ability to meet tight schedules while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
