We are seeking a motivated and communicative Project Manager to lead the execution of medium-size projects. You will be based in our Swedish office in Västerås or Ludvika working with the Nordic market for Battery Energy Storage (BESS).
Your responsibilities
- You will lead the project team allocated to the project, motivating, and monitoring internal and external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones.
- Monitor and control project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses, and cash flow.
- Identify, qualify, quantify, and manage project risks, and ensure that all opportunities are identified and pursued.
- Ensure that the project consistently applies contract and claims management, in accordance with policies and contractual agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicate with all stakeholders.

Your background
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Swedish and English.
- Degree or master's degree in Management Engineering or Engineering.
- Flexibility, proactivity, result-oriented and problem solving.
- Preferred if you have work experience in a similar role.
- Preferred experience with EPC projects
- Preferred if you have knowledge of the Nordic BESS market
- Knowledge of Office365 (Excel, SAP, Microsoft Project)
- Availability to travel
