Within the area of High Voltage Products, the Technology Center Switzerland is responsible - as part of a global development organization - for the development and optimization of products like Gas Insulated Switchgear, Generator Circuit Breakers, Surge Arresters, High Voltage Interrupter Chambers, Insulation Components as well as Control and Monitoring solutions.
Your Responsibilities
- Product Development: Lead projects from ideation through successful market introduction, ensuring each step of the process is completed with excellence
- Project Management: Own and manage all aspects of project planning, scheduling, tracking, monitoring, controlling, and reporting. You'll be the driving force that keeps projects on track
- Stakeholder Management: Motivate and coordinate cross-functional, cross-business, and external teams to deliver key inputs and meet project deadlines
- Risk & Change Management: Ensure effective project governance and proactively address risks, changes, and dependencies to keep projects moving forward
- Collaboration: Work closely with teams in Marketing & Sales, Quality, Product Management, Supply Chain, and other departments to align project goals
- Process Improvement: Engage actively in refining and improving processes and practices within the company
- Digital Expertise: Be part of a growing network of digital experts and contribute to the ongoing digital transformation of our business

Your background
- Technical Background: You have experience in software projects, with a strong affinity for digitalization, ideally background in software, electrical or mechanical engineering
- Project Management Experience: you have experience managing projects with a focus on coordination, budgeting, and delivering successful outcomes
- Leadership: You are comfortable coaching teams to achieve their full potential
- Organizational Skills: You are highly organized, have a can-do attitude, and thrive in a collaborative team environment
- Willingness to Travel: Occasional travel is required, primarily to organize workshops, with a frequency of about once every 1-2 months
