Mission statement:
To lead the execution of projects and ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with Hitachi Energy policy, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, financial targets, as well as schedule commitments. Responsibilities may include acting not only production phase but also site installation phase.
Your responsibilities:
- You will be accountable for reporting the status of the project to the customer. Work Progress (QDC), issues, various planning proposals, etc., arrangement with customer to decide for sharing the relevant contents in advance and to make sure that there is no leakage of the problem for each other.
- You will adjust the detailed schedule of project planning with the customer about specification confirmation, delivery adjustments, then provide feedback for internal.
- If necessary, you will instruct the project members internal to conduct a meeting with the customers, will have Internal escalation matters (increasing price negotiation, specification change proposal, etc.) and decide the approval person in advance and get the approval.
- You will get report on the budget plan and the actual project status from each team and consider about improvement measures and issues if needed, if there are some risks in each team, we take them into risk management sheet and check regularly. We will set up deadline or person in charge to solve for each risk and check regularly until solve it.
- There will some matters that escalate to the management, we will review the proposal document statement proposal from the team and apply a decision to the stakeholders and adjust addition price to change requirement from customer and proposal to internal as a responsible for accountability.
- You will be responsible for explanation about project status to Management if needed as below contents like WBS progress rate (Confirmation of plan and actual performance), Cost status (Plan and Actual) and Proposal to solve the project issues.
- You will carry out the function of Procurement procedure and Logistic procedure.

Your background:
- You hold bachelor's degree in engineering and Hitachi Energy PM certification or similar.
- More than 5 years' experience as Project Manager in the similar industry. Should have Hitachi Energy PM certification or similar.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask across multi projects.
- Problem solving & conflict resolution with a sound understanding where escalation is required.
- Proven customer orientation, communication & presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and management of customer relations.
- Highly organized and efficient coordination skills.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
