Mission statement:
Management project site HSE requirement and contribute to improving Health Safety and Environment (HSE) performance respective organization to ensure and exemplary health and safety cultures as well as a strong implement in project execution. Support the project site by applying in-depth HSE knowledge to offer solutions and advice. Ensure effective risk management through excellence along company value chain.
Your responsibilities:
- You will share feedback on lessons learned and best practice from own unit and across Hitachi to management and employees, report progress on implementation of Hitachi Group Sustainability objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) to Hitachi Group, as required.
- You will implement policies and standards, ensure area of responsibility is audited according to program for audit, assist project managers in understanding project site HSE obligations and liability to fulfil site HSE roles, according to local HSE law and Hitachi Group policy, instructions and standards.
- You will facilitate HSE risks assessment by line management involving project site management, support site management team, contractors' employees and workmen, i.e. those directly concerned by the hazards, and ensure all processes are implemented.
- You will conduct and lead the basic concepts such like risk assessment and environmental aspects & impact assessment.
- You will be responsible in communication and engagement project customers, suppliers and other stakeholders in order to report on, raise awareness and gain commitment on Hitachi's HSE efforts and performance and obtain objective feedback to drive project site HSE performance.
- You will coach and guide front line project site management of staffs ensure the safety culture and prevention activities in project site.
- You will ensure appropriate safety equipment and tools are available and used. Identifies, and ensures delivery Hitachi Group management systems, engage project site safety documents as per customer requirements & involve on risk review at project site. Following HSE assessment & evaluation on selection stage, conduct safety briefing regarding requirements to project manager and HSE management level.

Your background:
- Bachelor's degree or above, in Occupation Health and Safety / Industrial Engineering/ Environmental Engineering.
- 3 years working on HSE field (Preferable to work on Power sub-station and construction business).
- Full time experience in leading, managing project execution site.
- Domestic travel frequency.
- Proficiency in English communication.
