Your responsibilities:

• You will oversee service projects from order received including pre engineering to the commissioning of the GIS and/or TR, mainly from the viewpoint of technical coordination with stakeholders.
• You will coordinate the technical aspects of the project, directing and coordinating activities ensuring that the project is complete in line with technical requirement from customer and within budget with suitable resource and support from management.
• During the project execution, you will define and successfully manage all project milestones and ensure the on-time product delivery and/or commissioning of our products. In case that a project will be took over from another member, required documents for project and feasible project baseline schedule with milestone will be provided.
• You will manage projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision.
• You will be coaching and reviewing the work of lower-level professionals. Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex.

• You hold engineering degree (mechanical or engineering).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in high voltage technics.
• Overall deep understanding of high voltage technics.
• Ability to motivate young employees and develop team communication for handling project smoothly.
• English on negotiation level.
