Project Controller - Power Transformer

The opportunity:

Support Factory Controller in all financial and commercial matters and actively drive related functions towards targeted KPIs

How do you make impact:

• You will prepare a Project Financial Execution Plan, Taking accountability and supports on project invoicing, manages currency risk, tax issues, bonds, and guarantees, financial accounting and reporting, drives and seeks for optimization of project cash flow, Revenues and GM contribution together with Senior Project Controllers / Project Managers as needed.
• You will establish project governance process, participates in opportunity/risk identification ensure that all required mitigation actions are timely implemented. you will drive, co-ordinates and prepare monthly project reviews jointly with the SPC / PM. You will review and joint responsible for all financial aspects of the project including estimate at completion and related cost-to-complete, forecasted Revenues and Cash Flow, Risks and Opportunities assessment and ensure alignment with other functions including Project Controls, planning/scheduling.
• You will promote commercial awareness in the project team and provides commercial input to the project execution plan (such as T&Cs in supply management, claims, back-to-back conditions), Drives claim management, back-charges and insurance cases and monitors the proper follow up together with the Contract Manager/Project Manager upstream, as well as downstream.
• You will follow up on internal project audit reports and ensures timely implementation of all required actions related to projects under responsibility, Is responsible for adherence to corporate governance, integrity, assurance, internal control, group charter, business specific directives and instructions. You will drive, setup, and closure of all taxation matters pending against projects along with project manager, Is responsible to close all taxation documentation of projects.
• You will advise and support the business in areas related to future state financial performance including Finance consulting and coaching (e.g., interpreting financial results and measures in the context of business operations), NWC forecast, OCF forecast.
• You will provide forward looking, financial insight on market conditions, competitors, and alternative business scenarios by providing deep dive analysis on historical financial performance e.g: product mix analysis, project gain/losses review.
• You will Co-ordinate with related functions to prepare monthly forecasts including OCF, and NWC and ensure revenue recognition in line with Group Guidelines; book keepings and posting in line with GAPs, Global Accounting and Reporting Guidelines.

• A bachelor's degree in accounting, Auditing, or similar field.
• More than 5 years of experience in Accounting, Auditing.
• Knowledge of ERP, IFRS, Internal audit is an advantage.
• Fluency in English (speaking, listening and writing)
• Master of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point...)
• Strong commitment to safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelines.
• A high level of self-motivation, curiosity and desire to learn about new technologies. Time management skill to accommodate with tight deadlines.
• Ability to work in team with co-operative spirit.
