Mission statement:

Give assistant / support to ID PGGI Project Manager & Operations Team in daily activity, including transactional activity in SAP (end to end), other Hitachi Energy ERP and Project Management tools, from beginning until completion of the project. Support ID PGGI Project Manager & Operations Team with administrative and logistical tasks, using various skills to update and organize documents, schedule meetings, take detailed notes, track forecast progress, and foster effective collaboration among team members.

Your responsibilities:

• You will support ID PGGI Project Manager & Operations Team in daily tasks including transactional activity in SAP and other Project Management tools.
• You will support ID PGGI Project Manager & Operations Team in creating timelines, milestones, and deliverables to contribute to effective project planning.
• You will do follow up progress forecast, action items and reporting to ID PGGI Project Manager / Operations Team.
• You will be updating and organizing project files, such as minutes of meeting and progress report, distributing them to all project team member / customers.
• You will support ID PGGI Project Manager / Operations Team to schedule the meetings, conference call, and project related events with team member.
• You will be providing administrative support to ID PGGI Project Manager / Operations Team following the Project Workflow Hub and/or other tools.

• You hold bachelor's degree in engineering (preferable) or another field.
• Fresh graduate or 2 to 3 years of experience in project management or supporting Project Management function of small-medium size projects.
• Experience supporting project management in documentations and ERP tools.
• Good knowledge and/or experience of Microsoft Office, SAP, and other ERP software.
• Flexibility, teamwork skills, result orientation, Proactive and highly organized.
• Proficient in the English language.
