How you'll make an impact:
- You will perform project administration activities and take responsibility for coordinating specific project documentation and deliverables, interact with customers to track project document submittals and approvals, coordinate with suppliers for project material deliveries and goods receipt and monitor, control, and release requests for invoicing, based on instructions from the Project Manager.
- You will collect, compile and issues project submittals, to and from customers, tracks document approvals from customer and records document flow according to schedule.
- You will assist Project Manager to liaise with supply chain on the latest project status and delivery schedule in the SAP, collaborate with the Supply Chain function to ensure that correct suppliers services and equipment are available to support the engineering execution.
- You will manage receipt of goods, records and updates project manager on goods received and handle various warehousing operations including packing and storage, replenishment, loading and dispatching in a safe, timely and efficient manner. participate in regular inventory control processes.
- You will practice highest standards of health, safety and environment to ensure a safe working environment, support large and diverse teams spread across different project sites, liaising with suppliers for delivery and quality assurance, flexibility to work with geographically diverse teams in different time zones.
- You will be ability to assess, propose and implement solutions to troubled or challenging projects, ability to support project & engineering teams, suppliers and site issues in a constrained and pressure environment.

Your background:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 5-10 years of work experience or more.
- Experience in project documentation & project administration is an advantage. Computer skills across MS Office, MS Teams, Outlook, SharePoint.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail.
