Due to our continuous growth, we are hiring a Program Manager - Project Operations. This is a hybrid working role, based in our Ludvika, Sweden offices, combined with working from your home-office.
You will be part of the Global Engineering organization for our High Voltage Direct Current product group. Your responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines and milestones for the implementation of a new IT/OT system within HVDC Control and protection.
- Co-ordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives and timeline.
- Engage with key stakeholders including engineering teams, research and development, and external vendors.
- Facilitate regular communication and collaboration to ensure stakeholder alignment and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Allocate resources (by coordinating with resource managers) effectively to support project activities and deliverables.
- Identify potential risks and uncertainties associated with the implementation of the new IT/OT system. Develop risk management plans and strategies to respond to risks as they rise.
- Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
- Establish quality standards and performance metrics for the new system implementation.

Your background
- Bachelor's degree in STEM related fields or relevant certification.
- Proven experience in program or project management, particularly in leading complex IT/OT system implementations within engineering or industrial operations environments.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies, with the ability to adapt approaches based on project requirements and constraints.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with ability to anticipate challenges and proactively implement solutions.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of IT/OT management systems and emerging technologies.
