We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our Energy Transformer division as a Production Supervisor and contribute to our operations. You will guarantee that manufacturing runs smooth and efficient, by monitoring employees and organizing workflows, in a fast-paced environment to produce our world-class transformer systems.
The production supervisor is a key integral part of the manufacturing process, the goal is to ensure that production processes deliver products that are built on a Safety-first mentality culture, with maximum quality and in a profitable manner. This role is based out of our Reynosa Mexico facility.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Help create a culture of Safety, Quality, and Integrity.
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.
- Set daily, weekly, Monthly objectives and communicate it to employees.
- Resource allocation: Organizes and allocates resources to meet line production targets Responds effectively and efficiently to resource issues as necessary. Leads capacity planning and resource optimization for the assigned unit or line.
- Production scheduling and plan: Ensures that production scheduling and production plan meets the volume requirements agreed in the demand plan and defined inventory service levels.
- Equipment and facilities: Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
- Production execution: Ensures execution of volume, conforming product, efficiency and on-time delivery targets for the assigned production lines.
- Operations improvement: Identifies deficiencies in production area, proposes improvement activities, and oversees implementation of actions to improve production performance.
- Critical line issues: Manages the resolution of critical product or equipment issues together with relevant internal teams.
- People leadership and development: Ensures (with HR Manager support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Guides, motivates and develops direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies.

Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years production leadership experience.
- Bachelor's degree
- 70% bilingual English
