Production Process & Maintenance Manager

Your responsibilities:

  • You will be designing, developing, and implementing new or revised production processes for the efficient/economical mass production of goods including Designing arrangement of manufacturing equipment to ensure most efficient and productive layout.
  • You will be designing the sequence of production operations, specifying procedures for the fabrication of applicable tools and equipment, and adapting machinery in response to factory conditions.
  • You will be conducting tests throughout all stages of production to determine control over applicable variables and troubleshooting/solving production problems.
  • You will be providing guidance to product design engineering on technical specifications that will best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques. Ensuring that production processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations.
  • You will repair & Maintenance Engineering focuses on planning, designing and implementing maintenance programs to optimize the availability and productivity of manufacturing facilities and equipment including Planning and coordinating maintenance engineering work including review of mechanical and electrical engineering specifications.
  • You will be performing engineering review of proposed new equipment designs to assess reliability, ease of maintenance, and availability of replacement parts. Liaising with production staff to coordinate repair work, statutory safety inspections and supply of new plant and equipment with production schedules. Participating in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
  • Responsibilities as people manager typically include Setting goals and objectives for team members for achievement of operational results. Problems faced may be difficult but typically are not complex. Ensures policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers and stakeholders.

Qualification:

  • Full-time bachelor's degree or above.
  • Working Experience: Manufacture or technology or quality control working experience or maintenance and have people management experience is preferred.
  • Major in mechanical design, manufacturing and automation, can use AutoCAD software, can apply Pro/E,UG or other similar design software 4. Language Skill: at least Passed CET-4.
  • Computer Skill: Passed the computer Level 2 examination
  • Personality: Good communication and team player and willing to learn and improve
  • Age / Gender: Comply with national regulations of employment age, no gender restrictions
