Production development Specialist

Your responsibilities:

• You will participate in the development of new products and technologies, develop process standards and equipment requirements, follow up and support production processes.
• You will work closely with global process experts to promote development and application of new processes, materials, and equipment.
• You will evaluate machine capacity, plan and promote fixed assets investment.
• You will optimize production layout, process flow, production standards and equipment to improve safety, quality, and productivity, and reduce operational costs.
• You will process review before production start to highlight the crucial requirements during manufacturing process and handover to production relative departments.
• You will identify potential issues and risks during production, provide solutions.

• Bachelor or above, Electrical or Mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in power transformers or related.
• English grade 4 or above, good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
• Good communication, coordination skills.
• Responsible, careful and proactive.
