Your responsibilities:
- You will involve in order growth for cable accessory global pre-sales and value-based selling activities, drive segment specific promotion, marketing and spec-in activities, strategize and implement the introduction of new products.
- You will meet Customers on a regular basis, lead technical influence of specifications and identify new channels.
- You will collect and provide market information, competitive situation to factory and GPMM/GPM for R&D projects.
- You will involve in channel development lead developing and maintaining channels to market (distributor, technical distributor, OEM, system integrator etc.), support sales teams to develop and maintain channels, be a bridge between factory and sales teams to ensure healthy channel management.
- You will develop, follow up and keep updated a market development plan for factory on the corresponding product line, pro-actively support improvement of strategic pricing, track and understand market prices, select target and non-target projects and select and use strategic pricing to drive market prices.
- You will involve in cooperation with M&S Manager identify and propose MWO to GPMM, lead the MWO together with factory, make sure relevant processes are implemented and provide needed feedback to M&S.
- You will involve in participation in monthly forecast meetings, keep overview of results per PL, identify deviations and propose countermeasures to M&S Manager and propose right sourcing strategy.
- You will organize/participate in technical seminars and customer events and develop the technical competence in global market.

Your background:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical/industrial engineering or similar.
- More than 10 years of experience in cable accessory area.
- Experience in business development, understanding of contract negotiation, risk management, channel development, commercial and legal terms.
- Exceptional communication and negotiating skills, customer-focused mindset and a professional, "can-do" attitude.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
