We are seeking a Power Quality Technical Trainer to join our Engineering team. This role requires a strong background in electrical engineering and expertise in providing Power system & power quality solutions. This position requires sound technical know-how, fun in learning and teaching as well as a confident appearance. Furthermore, we rely on your ideas for the steady development of our coaching tools and concepts.

Your Responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for the design, preparation, and implementation of the training for our customer, Engineering, Marketing and our service engineers.
  • You will conduct customer training, either in the classroom or on site.
  • Furthermore, your job includes the further development of the course content and training materials
  • You will work with field service, product managers, development, and customer support to improve training, training material and our tools and processes.
  • Additionally, you will implement new training methods like simulation tools, improve our certification concept and develop e-learning modules and hands-on lessons.
  • Monitor training quality and adapt the course execution based on results of review sessions and/or participant's feedback.

Your background:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, specialization in Power Quality is preferred.
  • 8 to 10 years of working experience as a technical trainer or any similar position.
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured approach with attention to details.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in English both written and verbal, particularly with respect to explaining technical matters.
