As part of the global industrial footprint, High Voltage business has established Global Feeder Factories, manufacturing key components and modules serving Operations units globally.
To improve operational excellence focus, key feeder factories are organized under the direct leadership of BU Operations. This role will be responsible for managing and deploying best practices and for effective transformation of Feeder Factories to Cost Centers focused on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory & Cost (SQDIC). This role will report to the High Voltage Global BU Operations manager.
Your responsibilities
- Manage key feeder factories in High Voltage Business unit
- Implementing the global strategy in the Feeder factories, ensuring profitable and efficient operations
- Responsible for implementing Operation excellence strategies focused on SQDIC to delivery improved customer experience and best product cost
- Improving the manufacturing technologies and competencies in line with our Operations strategy
- Work closely with Hubs/Operating units and supporting function such as HSE, Sales, SCM, Planning, Material Management, Transport & Logistics and Finance in developing Feeder Factories priorities
- Responsible to champion a culture of Lean 6 Sigma and Continuous Improvement
- Support the deployment of Digital manufacturing including the deployment of Digital Passport System

Your background
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Engineering or manufacturing environment
in a managerial capacity. Experience in managing global units an advantage
- Experience in Supply Chain management, Production Planning, Factory capacity planning and Transport & Logistics
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
