General Information:
Hitachi Energy in Earth City, MO is searching for an Order Processor - Spare Parts TRES (US) to join its team. This position will be responsible for inputting and tracking received orders of assigned Company products. This position evaluates customer Purchase Orders to ensure accurate Terms and Conditions, Order inputs, Accuracy of Pricing, and assistance with Order Tracking and Customer Service.
Your Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Company's principal point of customer contact for Order Entry and Tracking
- Recognize and communicate potential errors and issues arising from customer forms and terms.
- Coordinate communications among customers and various business units to ensure accurate, consistent and relevant information regarding a given order.
- Communicate to the business units such information as forecasts of customer needs, monthly order inputs, and other various tracking methodologies for accurate reporting.

Your Background:
- Candidate must be well familiar with and comfortable with various computer programs, such as Microsoft Office, and a quick learner with new programs. SAP, or a similar system, experience is a plus, but not required.
- Basic Transformer Industry knowledge is a plus, but not required.
- Experience reading and referencing customer contracts and Purchase Orders.
- Proficient in dealing with customers on business and technical matters.
- Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
