The opportunity
We are looking for an Order Manager at High Voltage Products Surge Arrester and Dry Capacitor in Ludvika, Sweden. Hitachi Energy High Voltage Products team provides products which help enhance the safety, reliability and efficiency of power networks while minimizing environmental impact. Our technology leadership continues to facilitate developments in areas such as ultra-high-voltage power transmission, enabling smart grids and enhancing eco-efficiency.

How you'll make an impact
- As Order Manager, you will be leading the Order/Project team
- Lead teams to plan, design and facilitate the execution of projects
- Lead INOPC resources
- Be responsible for the revenue forecast and order process
- Customer contact, making sure that they receive what they need and ensuring Customer On Time Delivery with the right quality and cost
- Be accountable for development and maintenance of your teams
- Monitor, follow up and develop the process on the projects margin development to ensure we land the cost as sold
- HSE & Integrity: Leading by example in all matters of HSE, integrity and compliance
- As a leader you are devoted to engage, develop and grow our people to enable connection to the values and mission of the company

Your background
- You hold a university degree in engineering, controlling or equivalent
- To be successful in this position, you have held positions within the area of customer support or project management with previous leadership experience
- Interpersonal skills with high degree of personal integrity; listening, creative thinking, and communication skills are necessary
- Your analytical skills enable you to define and prioritize the most important tasks for the factory and department
- A great leadership for us should be characterized with people development, openness to change, and the willingness to build a successful team
- Since you will work in a global environment, fluency in English is required, both written and spoken. Swedish is an advantage
