Mission statement:
Ensure accurate order processing to ensure customer satisfaction, complying with schedules and rules determined by Hitachi Energy Japan. Provide internal and external customer support (e.g. order assistance, payment-related assistance) and coordinate with relevant resources to have complete case ownership and to increase customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities:
- You will process orders to ensure that customers receive accurate and timely delivery of products, systems, or service, Order Booking -> Purchase Requisition-> Parts Receive -> Invoicing.
- You will ensure proper Logistic handling for relevant scope including forwarder handling end-to-end.
- You will collect all documentation needed to comply with local regulations and creates the documentation for the credit and debit notes, assist with the pick-up and delivery of products to foreign customers.
- You will track regular delivery performance and provides results to management, ensure efficient and accurate input of customer orders into order management system.
- You will maintain the offers - orders - Invoices Archive, archive all documentation related to the transportation and delivery to the customer in line with local regulations, invoices orders according to order, delivery conditions and follow up on payment status with customer and internal to limit overdue.
- You will ensure the resolution of customer issues (e.g. Order, payment) by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and / or external teams, coordinate resolution with After Sales Service and customers if need.
- You will proactively inform customers about issue status based on inputs and clarify any questions.
- You will ensure a positive customer experience throughout the entire process.
- You will prepare and analyze regular statistics (e.g. forecast) using available tools and collect relevant information.
- You will check the status of coming payments and decide the payment to the suppliers together with applicable owner if necessary, settling the payment to the supplier through applicable systems and maintain documentation of process & tools to support newcomers to understand and follow process.

Your background:
- You hold any degree.
- Strong communication skill for making a good relationship with customers, vendors, and internal sales group.
- Global communication skill for collaborating with factory.
- Technical skill of SAP & MS-Office.
- Ability to manage schedule for product lead time and forwarding schedule.
- Required competencies such as result orientation, customer oriented, personal Leadership, collaboration.
- Fluent in English to communicate with foreign counterparts.
